Our monopiles set new standards in the offshore industry: with a single weight of up to 3,500 tons and a length of up to 140 meters, they are specifically designed for the most demanding projects.
We don’t just keep up – we lead the way. Currently, a pioneering production facility for steel foundations for offshore wind turbines is being built in Cuxhaven, Europe. With the highest standards of efficiency, quality, and sustainability, we are creating a manufacturing process that sets new benchmarks – for the energy of tomorrow.

Direct North Sea port connection
The direct port connection at Berth 8 in the Cuxhaven harbor not only enables quick supply of the materials we need but also offers a convenient and timely loading of the finished XXL monopiles. The connection via the North Sea opens the way for the delivery of our monopiles to Europe and around the world.
Open space
The large storage area adjacent to the production halls allows for interim storage of the completed monopiles until they are loaded. This area can accommodate approximately … monopiles for storage.
Transport/Loading
Our own heavy-duty crane enables direct unloading of items such as steel sheets arriving by sea to Cuxhaven. If cranes are needed for loading transport ships, they are rented as required.
Covered production area
Our existing halls, after renovation, together with the planned new hall constructions, form the entire production chain of our XXL monopiles – from steel sheets, through welding and coating, to the finished offshore foundation.
Transition pieces
An additional service offered by Titan Wind Energy (Germany) GmbH includes marshalling and staging services. (Marshalling Service)
As a service option, we also offer pre-assembly of ‘transition pieces’ on our XXL monopiles, which are then directly picked up from our quay by installation ships and shipped to the installation site.
